Bradgate Park 10th December 2017

A cold misty day at Bradgate Park. The first real snow in the area for  while, it would have been wrong not to go and see it... and take photographs.

The day was odd... very cold, the snow very bright almost disguising how dark it actually was with the heavy cloud and occasional flurries of snow, and the light very flat and shadowless.

Lichfield Cathedral: 30th November 2017

Had meant to visit Lichfield Cathedral for ages, so when the day dawned cold and sunny, it was timeto make the trip... andwell worth the visit it is. The cathedral does stand out as different being red brick, and the front is highly decorated with statues and figures.. much to look at and admire.
