Great Central Railway 2nd April 2017

The Great Central Railway, a preserved line running from Loughborough to Leicester North (Birstall) and due for expansion right through to Ruddington in Nottingham. It is also being extended by th addition of a museum as an outlier of the National Railway Museum in York.

It specialises in Steam locomotives but also has an interesting collection of diesels.
