Hamerton Zoo Park - Part 3: Red Kite: 16th September 2021

I love Hamerton Zoo Park, probably my favourite zoo. It's well spaced and laid out, always friendly and they have a host of animals and birds not often seen elsewhere. A huge delight about the Park is that every time I have been there are Red Kite circling for most of the day... on this visit there were 4 birds. They invariably circle around over the Cheetahs and frequently swoop down into their enclosure. They are fully wild birds, not a part of the zoo!!

This post is purely the Red Kite

They do a pretty good bacon butty too...  you have to consider these things!!
